Visakhapatnam will soon have one more five-star hotel. The proposed 130-room five-star hotel, to be set up at an investment of around Rs 60 crore, is expected to be ready by June 2008. The city currently has three five-star hotels with around 256 rooms.

Our Scope
Electrical works includes circuit wiring, cables, mains & cable tray, distribution boards, capacitor bank, earthing installation, lightning protection, light fixtures, HV installation, Ht cables, earthing for sub stations, Hv cabling and installation, telephone and IT system, MATV system, etc.

Scope of works includes Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of HVAC System comprising HVAC system for high side and low side works consist of SITC of chiller 300 TR x 2 Nos., pumps, AHUs , FCUs, Cooling Tower, piping, valves, Expansion tank, cabling, air distribution system and insulation work.

Plumbing and Fire Fighting work consist of Sanitary Fixtures, Internal and External Water Supply of Piping, STP, WTP, Drainage system, Fire Hydrant System,  Sprinklers System, Pumping, Swimming Pool Treatment, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Pumps & panel, Electrical Installation for Plumbing & Fire Fighting System
