The proposed Beach Resort project in Bekal will be developed on a 24-acre site, with a beachfront, backwater inlet and small natural lagoon. The resort will be an eco-friendly, villa style development with architectural elements drawn from elements of local design.  Landscaping will form one of the most important elements of this resort, as it is spread over a large area and has the advantage of having natural features within its area. The resort will be operated under the Taj Leisure Hotels brand

HVAC system for low side work consist of Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Pumps , FCUs, Expansion tank, AHUs, Propeller Fans, Cooling tower, Scrubber, Electrical, Piping, Ducting, Insulation, Dampers, Grilles & diffusers etc.

Plumbing and Fire Fighting Works consist of Sanitary Fixtures, Cold Water Supply Internal and External, Hot water Supply, Inter Drainage(Soil Waste& Vent), External Storm & Sewage Water Drainage, Civil Work, Valves Pump, WTP, Hot Water Primary Piping, Hot Water Mixing Tank, Hot Water Generator, Boiler Chimney & Breeching, Condensate Recovery System, Steam Boiler, Fire Hydrant System, Sprinkler Piping & Accessories, Fire Extinguishers, Electrical Installation for Plumbing & Fire Protection System, Fire Pump & Panel.
