HVAC works consisting of SITC of water cooled screw type chiller of 300 TR x 4 Nos. And 100 TR x 3 Nos., chilled water/ condenser cooling water pumps/ cooling tower, AHU’s, expansion tank, piping, valves, and electrical works etc.

Fire Fighting & Plumbing System consists of sanitary fixtures, internal/ external drainage and water supply, sanitary ware adn CP fittings, pumps, storm drainage, miscellaneous & provisional items, Hydrant System, Sprinkler System, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Pump Equipment etc.
