Sterling & Wilson contributed significantly to a key project called The Golden Jubilee House, for the Government of Ghana for the Presidential Palace in Accra. Sterling & Wilson provided the complete range of MEP Service4s including electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, DG Sets etc. This complex hosts key offices of President and is also his residence.

Our Scope
Electrification of presidential Palace is done on turn key basis by Sterling and wilson from 11kv substation to lv cabling, panels instalations and upto point wiring. The HVAC scope includes SITC of 200 TR x 2 Nos air cooled chillers, pumps, ventilation fans, split unis,electrical panels, AHUs, FCUs and related low side work.
