Barwa Group, the largest real-estate developer in Qatar, is currently developing a new township, comprising of Commercial space, residential space & amenities, including Shopping Centers, Malls, Cineplexes, Mosques, Schools for an integrated living.
Barwa Commerical avenue is the first part of this development covering a stretch of 7 kms.
OUR SCOPE
Sterling & Wilson is currently executing MEP works in work area-3 which is about 1 Km long comprising of Shopping Center, Mall & Cineplex. MEP works include, engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, including sub-station & Building Management Systems. An on-site resident project team comprising of 350 strong multi-discpline engineers and construction teams is deployed to carry out this works.
