Our Diploma/Graduate Engineer Trainee Program is designed to infuse the Company with new talent; ideas and leadership that will help us achieve our global growth strategy. Typically, graduate engineers who are inducted every year can look forward to entering real managerial grades within 4 to 5 years. Once an employee enters the managerial grade, he is exposed to a variety of management education programmes in collaboration with leading Management Institutes and Training Organisations.

We are looking for individuals who have the passion, ambition, and confidence to be future senior leaders. If you have the passion in you, and are able and willing to relocate to participate, our Graduate Trainee Program could be right for you.

Placement will be determined by the participants' geographic preference, participant interest, career development needs and the developmental opportunity that each branch has to offer.

Once assigned to a base location, an Individualized Development Plan will be created which will include a rotation through the area of specialization you have selected. You will be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout the program duration and throughout your career with the Company.
